This beautiful chrome plated full hunter mechanical patterened pocket watch is proudly presented by the fabulous Woodford. The watch benefits from a skeleton display that shows the beautiful inner workings from the back of the watch and also on the front once opened out. The outer case has a beautiful pattern embedded around engraveable shields so you can make this a special gift for somebody you love. The skeleton design on the inside of the watch shows the craftsmanship and stunning inner workings that are surrounded with a white border that has black roman numerals and matching black hands along with a seconds counter. The winder is located at the 3 o'clock position and the watch comes complete with a matching belt bar chain whilst it has a case diameter of 48 mm a case depth of 13 mm. The front and the back is suitable for engraving and it will arrive with a full manufacturers guarantee and will be beautifully presented in branded packaging.
OPERATING
Setting The Time
To set the time, gently pull the crown all the way out and move the hands in either direction. Once you have set the correct time, push the crown home again. The watch should now run at the correct time.
Opening A Hunter Pocket Watch
To open a full hunter case, press the button on top of the winder. To close a full hunter watch, depress the winder, it is important that you don't "snap" the case-lid shut, doing this will wear out the latch.
Winding Mechanical Watches
We recommend that you wind your watch at about the same time every day, preferably in the morning. Turn the crown clockwise gently and steadily and stop when you feel resistance. Excessively forceful winding could damage the movement.
Typically, mechanical watches have an accuracy +/- 60 seconds within a 24-hour period. This is due to temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and altitude affecting the movement. For this reason, you should reset the time daily when winding the watch.
